Here&#8217;s the excer&#8217;s and have fun: DB sq&#8217;s/rev lunge/DA hammer curl&#8217;s/DB RDL/ Press/ front raise x 5 ea. @ 5 rounds&#8230;. run 100 yards after ea. round
