“Damn I love DB Complex’s”

Again I’m reverting back to a dumbbell complex just because there so good for everyone and have gone over real well with my clients….

SO get up grab a pair of dumbells and here we go:

Dbl Clns/Piston Press/ Alt lunge + Lat Raise/ squat/ Db hammer curl x 5ea. @ 4-5 rounds
