JZ’s 30 Days of Fitness…

I Know, I know… This post should have went out around New Years with the rest of the “Fat loss/Fitness Resolutions”, but what they hey – I’m starting a bit late
So, as you may or may not know the past 5-6 months I have been MIA to consistent workouts. I’ll tack it up to being lazy, and coping with the Daddy to be weight gain. Yes, you may or may not know that my wife (AKA Optimal Girl, soon to be Optimal Mommy) are expecting in April!
Anyway, Today Starts my new commitment and dedication to what I’m gonna call “30 day’s of fitness”
For the next 30 days I am going to break a sweat every day and stay committed to a healthy nutrition program!
And to keep myself accountable I will keep a daily blog post as well. I will include nutritional notes, my actual workouts, and even some video footage of workouts and video blogs too.
Actually, Captain Lou (one of our great performance coaches) is making video blogs of my actual workouts mandatory, because he seems to think I am full of $h!T
So, Stay tuned for Tomorrow (Monday – 2/22/10) I will post my nutritional plan, some training goals, as well as my workout of the day…..
