One – on – One  Personal Training at Optimal Performance training center is an excellent option for someone who prefers a 1:1 coaching relationship as their primary form of training or for people with variable schedules – Our highly qualified Training Staff personalize a specific program based on you and your goals so RESULTS are guaranteed.

Semi Private Training - For those who prefer working with a partner and/or friend, or if you like a fun and motivating environment, OPTC also offers semi-private training. Our Semi-Private training is typically 2-4 people with one trainer. Each participant in the group still gets their own personally designed program, while sharing a trainer with the others in the group. Semi-private training is more cost-effective than the traditional 1 on 1 training and is a also a popular option.
